In April, 2018 Arab women in computing Palestine chapter and Palestine Tech Meetups have organized three events to celebrate the international women day. Many influential women in different fields have participated in the event. The purpose of the event is to present stories of successful women in addition to some technical topics.
Yamama, was a speaker in two of the three events, she talked about webVR and A-frame which is a framework developed by Mozilla to help in creating virtual reality content on the web .
Each event included a panel of successful women who talked about their experience, opportunities and challenges.
